I think the instructions are to do nothing in the matter unless there is something from the Colonial Office. I therefore ask you to let me know if the Colonial Office is sent here.

It is quite possible that he has improved to an extent sufficient to justify his employment provided the conditions are not too strenuous. The rough examination shows that he is fit for seven physical exertion.

I have rated him always as fit to pass the medical examination.
